Hotel haus burg Metternich in Beilstein

Unfriendly service. It took fifteen minutes for the order to be taken. After checkout, we found out that 4 capuccinos were charged too much (14.40 euros).

Very nicely located outside terrace. Service okay, food too. We were not hotel guests, only ate lunch there. I cannot give a rating to the hotel itself

Service takes a long time and prices are ... well ... plentiful. I have serious doubts whether the onion beech is fresh and no tk ware.

Totally delicious food, totally delicious drinks (wine and vineyard peach punch, for example), very hospitable.

Good service and great view

We had ordered 2 waffles on the terrace, after half an hour we asked how things were going; they said for a few more minutes. After 45 minutes of waiting, my patience was gone; the waiter said it was not his fault it took a long time. There could be no excuse. So lousy service.

Nice hotel. We stayed here for two nights in a beautiful spacious room with a view of the Moselle. Breakfast and dinner was fine.

Second time here. Room very nice and clean. Breakfast with everything you need, dinner a la carte is also highly recommended. The restaurant can also be recommended to day guests. Your own one and the liqueurs on the menu and to buy are very good!

Delicious food at a reasonable price. Nice atmosphere on the Moselle terrace. One point deduction for the service, apparently the waiter was alone for this area this evening. Still we would come again!

We only ate something on the terrace. Nice view of the Moselle there, cozy terrace. We had to wait a while before we order london but the food was tasty, honest cuisine. Got good schnitzel for a reasonable price.

The food was very tasty. The steak cooked to the point. The cook can do something. The service was very friendly and attentive. Prices are reasonable. Card payment was accepted. We didn't stay just enjoyed the restaurant. And not for the last time!

Looks good

Great location, delicious own wine, very nice staff, mega delicious food - far too large portions? Some rooms have not yet been renovated, but will be coming soon! We will definitely be back ... and then we take the tower room !! Ps: HP is definitely worth it!

We had 5 great days here: the location is fantastic, the staff are incredibly friendly, the food tastes great on the sun terrace and the tower room with a view of the Moselle was great! The sloth liked it too and we will definitely be back ?

Very nice hotel, the rooms are very clean. The food was delicious, only the potatoes were a bit too salty. After this "small" discrepancy, however, they made up for it with the extremely good service and many excuses! The dessert was awesome! Overall, we are very satisfied and can only recommend the hotel! Thanks again for the nice weekend!

The location is great, right on the Moselle. What we didn't like was the poor cleanliness of the rooms, the breakfast was very clear and the dinner was snack-like. For the price you can really expect more, too bad.

Sat on the terrace on the first floor with a great view of the Moselle. Thanks to a construction site also very little through traffic. Food was good and the ice cream as well. Come again. Beilstein is always beautiful. However, you always have to count on many people.

We had lunch here. The server was friendly. We had to consider first because we were the only guests on the terrace, but the food (Burg Burgers and Pasta Champions) were delicious. A star deduction, because I find the price of 14.50 € for the burger a bit over the top.

Lovely place to visit

ZERO STAR! I ate there after a beautiful day in Cochem and they ruined our trip! Bad.. more than bad quality of food. My boyfriend paid 15.90€ for a small burger with FROZEN VEGETABLES (that she left all there). I order a schnitzel and i get chicken breast..with old pommes. NEVER AGAIN THERE. They rouined our trip. If you are german restaurant and you don't have fresh german food what shall i order then? Places like that shouldn't have open! Still angry for this waste of money and making bad end of the day.

Most terrible restaurant I have ever been. Food taste worest than sh##t... I feel bad even when I remind to Myself.

Tasty food

To be recommended at any time for a visit to the Moselle Breakfast is down to earth. Absolutely sufficient. Room ok Good mattresses Bathroom / toilet not that new. But clean, no heating, just a fan heater. Extremely friendly and courteous staff and owners who have now sold. Very centrally located for nice activities. Probably crowded in summer. Directly at the ferry and at the jetty. We will go there again. Bicycle storage. Everything right on the street, suboptimal with small children, you can't let it go so well
